Visited this ICE installer to have my old speakers and sub taken out from my old car reinstalled into my new car. The work involved 2 coaxial speakers for rear doors, 2 woofers and 2 tweeters for the front doors , and a under seat subwoofer. I thought it would be easy job but the sub installation was a bit more complex and the whole installation took about 4 hours. I'm quite pleased with the workmanship these guys delivered. I noted that they checked the phase of the speakers after installation and found that the front right side was out of phase. They took the trouble to dismantle the front door and require the speakers. After driving off, I found that the sub controller was pressing against my left leg and felt uncomfortable. I called the shop and asked if it could be repositioned. I was told "No problem". So I went back and had it done in 10 mins. Overall a good experience. - Average Guy

Raymond is patient to explain to me on the different packages according to my needs and budget. I eventually bought a amp, subwoofer, front component speakers and 2 doors sound insulation(customized package at discounted price & Foc items) Him and his team carried out the job on my car in detail, without any rush factor. Wirings/installation all done neatly to my expectation(I watched the whole process). I am very satisfied with the overall upgraded system and with their team, as I feel that they are professional and not just sales orientated. Thank you!

I went to Designer I.C.E Enterprise yesterday to repair my car air-con issue. My car air-con can only be cool after at least 5 mins after start up. Other workshops just told me to change compressor and fan coil. I was not convinced. Designer I.C.E was professional in their work. They were not able to identify my problem but he offered the next best solution. I changed the timer chip on their advice. It worked. Compared to the rest who tried to get me to spend thousand of dollars to change something that were not necessary, your staff advised me professionally. - My car air-con worked perfectly now. This is my second visit to Designer ICE and am still very satisfied. Previously, I had replaced my speakers and tweeter with Rainbow brand ones and they perform well. Raymond and his team are very hardworking and reliable. Recently, my master control switches for the locking mechanism was malfunctioning and replacing the entire switch console would be very expensive. However, Raymond was quick to offer an alternative solution for just a fraction of the total cost. To add on, when I asked his help in replacing my door handle trim he went the extra mile to repair it instead of blindly changing it with a new one. Great work attitude! - Rohit Enzo
