As the clinic only accepted cash and I was short with no atm in sight, the staff paid first and allowed me to return him the cash later.
Mr. Loh did this without murmuring even though he was extremely busy.

While it may seems that there is good money to be made cause insurence is involved, the genuine care and out of the way help that Mr. Loh and the staff (Ai ling) who helped with admin shows the workshop works at the HEART of things.
