This place is a complete scam. I brought my car in for repairs and was never given any invoices or breakdown of what was supposedly fixed. I was misled into signing a form declaring the car was repaired, and when I asked for details, the admin told me the owner would provide them later. That never happened. The owner has completely ghosted me since then. On top of that, the car was clearly not repaired properly—I feel unsafe driving it every day. Be very careful—this shop is not trustworthy, and I believe they are scamming customers. Avoid at all costs.

The best experience in terms of accident claim and advice.
Mr. Loh was excellent.
Mr. Loh went through the entire process step by step without causing any stress or ambiguity.

I was introduced to this workshop by the person who caused the accident.
This is not my a workshop i have been too.

I was even advice to seek medical advice and was driven to the clinic.
As the clinic only accepted cash and I was short with no atm in sight, the staff paid first and allowed me to return him the cash later.
Mr. Loh did this without murmuring even though he was extremely busy.
I felt very well taken off.

While it may seems that there is good money to be made cause insurence is involved, the genuine care and out of the way help that Mr. Loh and the staff (Ai ling) who helped with admin shows the workshop works at the HEART of things. Knowing the needs of your customers is key to good service. Well done Mr. Yee and team.
