Went down to Tyre Queen Kaki Bukit today and replaced 4 tyres to Falken on offer. What I like is friendly service staff and good explanation on questions. Fast and hassle free from the moment I dropped in until job done and payment. Keep it up!

I used to call up a few shops that I am familiar with to ask for availability and price, which can be a hassle as some will call back/forgot to call back or no stock or don't have the brand I want.

Now with this shop, I can see what they hv/don't hv and all the prices. When I am ready to purchase I just order, pay and drive to the nominated shop.

I went to the Turf city outlet and the stuff were friendly. They did the installation within 30 mins and off I go.

Only complaint (small one) I hv is the tyre is rather dusty. Maybe they shld at least clean it 1st. It looks pretty dirty.
