I purchased a steering wheel for my car. They are very unprofessional and incompetent when it came to a simple installation of steering wheel. They couldn't get the installation and programming done so they had to outsource the work. They could have been up front with me and I would have been more understanding. Instead, they told me a bunch of lies and sent me on a wild goose chase to finally hunt down the location of my car.

I finally got back my car on the third day with the steering installed (by another workshop). I will not deal with them or their partner Robson design ever again. 1 star is also too much.
