Sent my new car in for the 3M solar film with the titanium package. A whole day job. Car was given a mirror shine. The boss John was absolutely professional. After one month on the road my car still feels smooth to touch. Washing the car is easy. Just use water to wash.

Sent my ride for ceramic coating directly after collection about a month ago and was satisfy with the result. The boss was busy but his staff "Ah Zhu" Explain very detail of the process, benefit and after care to me. And what I like most is the honesty of this team, they told me honestly that it's their first time coating the brand I am driving and after the coating. "Don't worry, just come back to us if there is any point we miss out." That how the boss assure me of their commitment to their work.

Would like to thanks John and his team for the good job, for sure will send my car back for the maintenance soon.

After evaluating a few similar services that provide PPS, i decided to sign up the Titanium package with them. Johh was a patience guy and very friendly during the first met. The team assigned to do my car was very understanding and responded fast in term of rectifying issue especially an anal person like myself.
The coat applied was very shiny and smooth like butter when I touched the paint surface. After weekly self car wash for 2 months, I had not found a single swirl mark and scratch. Car wash was easy and quick and still shine like in the show room.
I also went back to do a quick maintenance. It took me 1 hour waiting time only as they had many people working on one car.
Overall, the service was good and not pushy. The only thing i need to feedback is the location and waiting area. But if they want to keep their price low and affordable I do not mind

Coating shops are plenty in Singapore. What sets them apart is the service and attitude of the worker and the manager. Products used might be different but results is very similar.

I had encountered issues with my ride and the manager never tried to push away any faults and solve for me. Workers there are also very polite and hardworking.

Had my pps done today by John and his team.

Platinum package with 3 yrs warranty.

Friendly and warm, basically stayed about 5 hrs there.
Certainly worth the money and will he returjing for my regular touch ups..

I went back for maintenance of paint protection i had on my Estima in the early part of 2015. My wife and I were impressed with the workmanship and service quality. Thumbs up for John and crew... Keep up the excellent work.

I took up the Titanium Package with Opti-Shine for my 5 year old Mitsubishi Lancer EX GT. I would like to thank John and his team for the excellent job and their willingness in sharing their knowledge with me. My friends commented that the car looks like a brand new car now. Cheers!

I recently got my ride and wanted to make sure the paintwork could be maintained as long as possible.
Frankly speaking i compared a few companies and finally decided with Opti-Shine. This choice was the best i have made as the guys were friendly and put in the extra effort to get it all done within the day (as i arrived at only 6pm). It came with 3 years warranty at a price which was a good steal.
I would like to comment John, Wayne & Their team for standing out with the commitment they have and the service they provide.

After going through the many paint protection service (pps) offered by many companies, I decided on Opti-Shine after reading and getting numerous feedback on them.

The PPS frankly is nothing extraordinary (it does what it is supposed to do) but the flexibility offered by John and Andrew was first class. I will not go into details how they went out of their way to make my experience with them unforgettable (so as not to set any expected precedents) but I dare say that they didn't had to do what they did for me.

Ah Chan was skilful and very knowledgeable, explaining to me how their pps works and how I should take care of my car after that. Then there is the warranty period where any removable scratches or blemishes will be taken care of by them.

Unfortunately, I do have a single gripe of the who pps experience and that is the location of their shop. The very new building that they are operating out of is limited in conveniences, e.G. ATMs, availability of taxis, availability of nice and comfy places to rest and wait, convenience shops, etc but hopefully this will improve as the area gets developed.

Had my brand new ride worked on by John and his team. They did a good job applying paint protection to my car, patient and willing to answer all my questions. Absolutely no regrets going with his services.

These guys at opti shine indeed took a lot of effort to bring my 7yr old e230 back to glory again!

When i first took over this car 2 months ago, i sent in to a random detailer for its cheap charges, and they promised me that their machining was able to remove the swirl marks, water marks etc. I wasn't expecting too much from a 7yr old car after all. It came our way worst from my expectations.

It was then getting quite an eye sore whenever i see my car in such a bad paintwork condition, so I contacted John again. I enquired about his new 9h glass coating which i have always wanted to try. He further explained to me the benefits about glass coating as compared to the traditional swissvax which i did on my previous car. I finally gave in to try it out!

i sent in my car at about 12.30pm, and i was expecting the car to be done latest by 4pm, but due to the really bad condition of my car, my car was only ready at about 7.30pm! 7hrs of wait was really long, but it was all worth it!!

the surface preparation took the longest. 3 different pads were used to remove the swirl marks, water mark as much as possible. After going round 3 times on 3 different pads over the whole car, it was very much impressed with the whole polishing work, but the guy 'ah chan' (i think) told me he is still not satisfied with the front bonnet (i cannot spot any flaw btw)

He says that the previous polishing was badly done (I didn't tell him anything). He mention that the scratches were not properly removed, and the lacquer for the front bonnet is thinning due to excessive machining with improper skills.

He went on another round on the front bonnet again, to make sure it was to the best he could achieve. That in total took him 4-5hrs!!

As he was applying the glass coating, he emphasized that even with the best glass coating product that one could use will also be useless if the surface is not properly prep before application of the glass coating.

Once again, i am very impressed and happy with the grooming done by john and his team!

It feels so good driving in a nice looking old car again!!

It's been about 6 weeks since I had paint protection done by them. Now that I'm sure that the paint protection works, here I am giving them the credit due.
Having just bought a used 8 year old car, at the recommendation of a friend, decided to send my car for a paintwork protection to last for the next 2 years. The workers there were good, detailed and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my car after the polish. It looked like it just came out of a new car showroom!
My black Murano now looks spanking new. And having only my helper wash the car intermittently since then, I'm glad to report that it still looks like when it first left Opti-Shine. No swirl marks and hairline scratches even with the used and abused cloth that my helper use to clean my car, much less scratches and water marks.
Thanks to John and company again! Will be recommending you to anyone who is considering paint protection!

First of all, I must admit I am a picky customer and I ask a lot of questions before I purchase anything. I sent quite a number of smses to John, the manager of the company, asking about the differences in the packages (things used, price) as well as asked him for recommendations for my car.

Mine is a 9yo Honda Accord and the paint work is in a bad condition. He suggested doing paint restoration and using SwissVax Concorso wax, which I agreed to take up because of the good pricing. He is not the type who will psycho you to sign up for packages or use his best and expensive products, that is what I like about him.

I also requested to go at 9am, when their official opening hours is after 10am, which he also agreed. Because of the bad condition of the paint, his workers can't promise that all the watermarks are removed, which is reasonable. But I could see they put in their best efforts and almost 2 hours to remove 95% of the water marks. Great!

I decided to upgrade to use the 3H glass coating and he quoted me a nice pricing. However, he checked and realized his 3H chemical cannot be used (I am not sure what reason) and he gave me a FREE upgrade to the 9H glass coating. Wow! Now my 9yo car looks like a brand new car. Thanks Opti-Shine!

new establishment but with an experienced group of guys who enjoy and appreciates proper grooming, and this is what i like about them (and they do offer my all time favorite swissvax wax too )

I had my wife's car groomed with them 2 weeks ago. It was a 9 year old silver c180. I didn't had much expectation from such an old car; much more it being a silver colored car, but it well exceeded my expectations very much.

They have a range of products and price range which caters to different requirement of a consumer. Being a old car, I took up the basic package with a top up to swissvax onyx wax to try out their skill and service. I was there to observe the whole process of the polish. They did all that was expected from a professional groomer.

I had my previous black e92 groomed with some other reputable groomers before too, and given the price and finished product, I am very happy with what opti-shine has to offer.

Now, I am convinced to get my Lexus RX groomed with you guys!!

No complaints for sure, but like what the guys are working on, we are all hoping for a better location!
