Rented a few times from them, and recommended friends over as well. Rental location is convenient (10 mins walk from MRT station), and vehicles are in quite good condition. Staff are friendly enough, and the entire rental process is fuss-free. Other than the initial registration works required during the 1st visit, subsequent rental is fast and chope chope. Definitely recommended.

Note to P-platers though, the parking spaces at their office are abit challenging, so would advise you to bring an experience driver friend along. Other than tat, smooth and steady service la!

A great experience with Elitez! They offer wide range of cars at affordable price and customer service was great!! The vehicle is also clean unlike other car rental where they don't vacuum the interior part of the car. I'm happy to rent from them again!

rented a few of their vehicles from Elitez Car Rental. most of their vehicles are well maintained and clean. service from the staffs are great! had a problem with one of the vehicles one night, and to my surprise i called them and they immediately came to rectify the problem! great service from them! follow the rules they set and everything will be a wonderful experience for all the drivers! so far after renting from them numerous times. i only encounter 1 problem, and that was a minor problem! so far so good guys! the other cars are just excellent without problems. keep it up guys!

rented a toyota vios from Elitez Car rental. it was my first time renting a car in a foreign country. they equipped me with the knowledge i need to know about singapore road and others. customer service was excellent. they were patient with me as i asked alot of questions regarding the vehicle. vehicle condition were good and no problems occurred while im driving. the whole experience from start to finish was just perfect! cleanliness of the car was also maintained! one word 최고!!
