"Bad service, rented a car and found headlight not working. When i approach the staff on why highlight is not checked during hand over car to me, the answer is there is no way to check headlight during day time. Subsequently replace with another car, but found power windows not working, and the car is noisy.

Overall experience is bad, poor service, poor condition cars.

I came across Ascott Car Rental while i was online searching for more options renting car from 17 March 2015 for one whole week, wanted to rent from Eazi Car Rental but the car that i requested was rented out... shortlisted three other car rental company but choose Ascott Car Rental cause is very nearby my place, much easier to collect and return the car.

I call up to check on the model i wanted and to confirm on the rates which was advertise on their website, spoke to Eric, his very helpful. He send me pictures of the car i wanted to rent and also patiently advice me the different package rates and which option is more cost effective for me, so i decided to rent the car from him, went down yesterday after work to collect the car which is a SUZUKI SX4 Sliver color.

He guide me through and explain the contract to me then collect payment, which i do not have enough cash on hand so I requested if is possible if i do a online bank transfer immediately, Luckily i have my bank token with me too.
He kindly agreed to it :) He show me the car and we did the check together and also give me extra tips for the car.. He knows damn well about the cars his renting me.. (Car rental company i rent from in the past do not know their cars issues as their job was just to do the paper work and collect money, "that's my experience so far") but Eric went extra miles for me..

I collected the car at 4.30 pm but I requested if i can return the car before 6 pm and he was kind enough to agreed to it.. Overall experience was superb, Eric was great, the car itself was clean inside and out... well maintain too. I would strongly recommend Eric from Ascott Car Rental.... TWO THUMBS UP :)
