I have a pleasant experience renting a Hoda jazz from E-Karz Rental recently. Eric the person in charge is very easy going. Since I have read about unpleasant experiences from car renting. I ask to take photos of the car before I drive away. Eric said he is ok with scratches just make sure the car don't dent when I return. He even helped and told me where to take the pictures of the scratches of the car. It was a clean and nice car. I returned after 3 weeks and the staff return me the deposit straight away then do a very brief check. I am glad she trusted me that I did not scratched or dented the car, told her I have taken the photos before that she said not need to see.
