Rented a honda fit for the weekend.. it was a smooth one despite being first time. Car was well maintained and sales person was fast like going to to macdonald and ordering yr food. - Muhd Ridhuan

Very Disappointed. Was recommended by friends, Service was great. But having to pay an overpriced fee to fix a thin line of which I believe it's perhaps paint (a thin layer which could have been easily removed with nail polish remover, thinner, could even scratch it out and even the staff watched me scratch out a small part of it) which could have been caused by anyone walking past is unethical. Yes of course I wouldn't mind paying to remove it, since it was not returned in the "same condition" which the staff insisted, but the fee which they insisted it would cost to remove it disgusts me. I paid for it in the end as I was rushing off. Might as well say that the car got some bird droppings on it, it's not returned in the same condition and I got to pay a disgusting fee for it.
