My Jazz was running close to 160k. It was having noises here and there and a dent at the boot. Brought my car to Jay and Joe. They checked and gave good advise on how to fix the problems.
So I decided to leave my car with them over my 1 week vacations.
Been driving my revived Jazz for 2 weeks now after the service.
I must say Jay and Joe did a great job. All the noises are gone. The dent and scratch are cleaned up and whole car repainted like new. Very happy with their service and price is very reasonable. Keep up the good work guys and thank you. Post Management Response

My car couldn't start last night so I contacted Joe. He responded quickly despite it is already late at night. My problem solved within an hour, it is my battery has up the lorry.

Drove my honda jazz down thinking that there may be problems with the air con motor and my car battery as i felt vibration during idling. Teo drove one round and check and realised that the 2 sway bar links has broken which causes noises while driving and one of my fan wasn't working.

After it is all fixed, there wasn't any vibration at all. The idling vibration was due to the lack of fan power as 1 was down which resulted in the pulling power against the engine. The staffs even check the engine oil and gear oil level for me. Totally impressed with the service.

Experienced some weird noises when accelerating above the speed of 67k/hr. Dropped by their workshop to take a look.

What they do is just to drive one round and able to detect that is the bearing that is faulty. And that the same, also mentioned that brake disc motor need replacement as some there is jerking and vibration when hitting on the brake. Price quote was quite reasonable and proceed with the replacement. Everything was done within 1.5 hours.

Upon collecting the car, they also shared with the some common problems for my car models and what to look out for.

Got a pre-owned CRV and there were some issues not resolved such as the clicking sound in the steering wheel, jerkiness when changing gear and also needed some advice on whether to change the brake pads/hose. Jay and his team looked into my concerns, did a test drive, rectified the steering wheel sound, recommended change of transmission fluid and assured me the brakes are working fine.
All problems solved within the morning and the gear shift is much smoother after change of transmission fluid. There were several Honda cars at the workshop and most were regular clients, a testimony of their specialty in Honda and good customer service. I would highly recommend Jay and his team to Honda owners for any Honda related issues, as I can see the passion in Jay and his team in attending to any of the car problems. I was having wheel bearing issues with my car and so i decided to get them replaced. Having been servicing my car at authorized dealer for years, i was skeptical about going to a workshop. However, i am glad i took the gamble to get my car serviced by Joe and his counterparts. He ensured that the root of the problem was clearly determined and even explained to me the process and duration needed to get them replaced. I have to admit the price quoted was probably the most competitive around(called about 3 shops). I have even decided to ditch KM and send my regular servicings to 3 Motorwerkz.Joe and his crew were previously from Kah Motors and thus their service procedures are exactly the same as authorize dealers.So i'm looking forward to it! Just had my second servicing with them. In less than an hour, i had my car serviced.

While they were servicing, they notified me that my battery and aircon filter need to be replaced and i had it replaced it too.

They will advise on what need to be changed and what items can wait till next time e.G my shock absorber. Post Management Response

Send in my civic to check as my aircon is not cooling. They recommend to do an aircon flushing as my compressor n cooling coil are replaced not long ago. Now my aircon is as good as new. Thanks guys for the good service and knowledge sharing. 👍👍👍👍👍

Things to note: they are used to be KM staffs so they are very well-verse in honda & Other japanese cars.

I went there today for just a basic servicing and a change of brake pads. Attended by Joe and William there and I found them to be very knowledgeable, especially in Honda cars as they were previously from Kah Motor. They did a good job and checked the car thoroughly even if its just a basic servicing. I was immediately notified of the problems and they were quick to advise me on the solutions. Servicing was quick and the team remained polite and professional throughout the whole servicing.

I will definitely go back to them for my next servicing. And I must say the price was very reasonable too. I am just glad that I have found them on the internet. Post Management Response

This is my 1st visit to 3 motorwerkz for a suspected manual transmission problem. But after chatting with them, I decided to try them on servicing and some parts replacement. These are my feedback

- friendly and excellent customer service!
- they recommended products that is suitable for my car, not pushing those expensive products
- the servicing is great! Checking every details which some other workshops may miss out
- competitive price
- vast knowledge on honda cars (i am driving euro r)

Will recommend my friends and do my servicing with them from now on.

Been facing issues with my civic when it comes to shifting into the next direct gear. Which has been affecting my drive, causing much inconvenience especially during peak period(before/after work)=frustrates me even more considering the jam.
Contemplated between 3 motorwerkz and a few other recommended merchants but went ahead with 3 motorwerkz as they specialize in Honda cars.
Workshop was easy to find, plus it's very clean. The humble technicians quickly identified the problems with my transmission. Would say I'm very impressed by their service, and the price they quoted me. Highly recommended! Post Management Response

I'm most impressed by the friendly attitude & Prompt service provided by 3 Motorwerkz as it was my first experience with them.
The price quoted to repair my Honda Accord sway bar bushing was very reasonable as well as the servicing that was carried out.
Their vast knowledge & Experience of the Honda car indeed convince me to recommend more of my Honda friends to them.

Noticed some weird vibrating sound coming from my engine and decided to try 3 Motorwerkz.. Afterall they're Honda Specialists! The skillful team rectified the problem immediately and while I was waiting for my car to be done, I was given advice on the preventative measures to be taken for my car. I must say that these guys are truly knowledgeable. Also, the quotation was lower than I have expected it to be, highly recommend 3 Motorwerkz to all Japanese car owners. Post Management Response
