I sent my Lexus RX270 to V-Tec for a headunit, Sony Starvis 360° camera, and blindspot mirror installation. While the installation functions well, I was very disappointed to find that my dashboard was torn in multiple places after collection.

The owner was present during handover, but the issue only became visible the next morning in daylight. When I raised it, the workshop attributed it to "Dashboard deterioration" Instead of taking full responsibility.

I appreciate their technical expertise and responsiveness, but I expected better care during installation and accountability for workmanship-related damage. Customers with older vehicles should be cautious and document dashboard condition before sending their cars in.

Recently had my car serviced at V-Tec automotive i must say, I was blown away by the exceptional service and transparency provided by their team.
They even have a lounge to rest in.

I was having a weird issue, the car unable to start occasionally and after the 2nd repair on starter motor and rewiring the issue has been resolved.
I went to few workshop and they are unable to rectify the issue at all
Recommended various things and spent quite some amount of money but issue still persists

Ps: if u wanna repair something that don't cause the issue on ur car they won't repair it at all.

They are super honest and only workshop I will visit in repairing my car moving forward

I have been doing a lot of modification with V Tec for the past few months. This is my 1st time to V-Tec after recommended by a colleague to get car check for COE renewal. After sending in the car they did a full test on it. They repaired with full-body paint + timing belt replacement for my ride. They did a full servicing with Liquid Moly oil and changed my oil filter too. In summary, service was good, and the crews are both friendly and knowledgeable; the price was considered fair as well. No hard-selling tactics here, just an honest bunch of people trying to get problems fixed for my car. The boss (Perry) is also sincere and eager to settle any issue immediately. My car camera retired this morning, and I went online to search for a new car camera, I found V-Tec Asia is selling the latest model for DVR car camera. The price is reasonable with installation services. I called and arranged an appointment with them. The salesperson is friendly and fast to respond. I have engaged them for their wedding car services. I have rented their Vellfire for my besties big day. The ride is big enough for us to load all the things needed to set up the reception area. It can fit 5 of the people which included me! They allow us to do decoration on the car too. They do provide a driver to drive us, but I request to drive by myself, and they allow also. They are flexible in the arrangement for collection time too. I sure will return to rent other cars from them again when I need a ride to drive around.
