Contacted them and the technician came within the hour. Car battery was totally flat as a result of a faulty alternator. Was advised not to drive the car as the power steering may not work. In the end, decided to chance it and was escorted all the way from Biopolis to AMK Auto point by the technician. Really grateful for the escort as my car stall twice and couldn't start. In the end, he helps to install a temporary battery so that I can continue to drive to Autopoint at AMK. Thanks for going the extra mile!
