Being a OCD person myself personally - I set a high standard for myself to clean interior and exterior of my car personally.

But due to an unfortunate incident that my wife actually dropped the whole bowl of fish soup onto the car carpet - it result in a stench of smelly fish soup smell inside the car interior. I tried personally many times to use wet tissues, scrub and febreeze to kill the smell and the whole wet carpet but it still failed as the smell is unbearable.

This is when I would like to recommend MintGroom Calvin and his team which they done a marvellous job in not just removing the smell and the fish soup spillage but also to clean the whole car interior that exceed my expectations.

Calvin was promptly updating me the procedures of the whole interior cleaning from removing the seats as attached in the pictures to cleaning using the extraction machine. The team is professional in their job and not just wanting to handover the car but to do a good job that customers like me will not complain and come back just for another round of cleaning.

Definitely worth the experience and I am not writing this review because just for the sake of writing. But just letting anyone reading this post to know that you will be in the right place to solve your car exterior/interior issues if any.

I recently learnt that PPS plays an integral role in maintaining your car'S showroom shine and protects the paint from contaminants.

Upon conducting a careful study about the range of products and groomers available in the market, I narrowed down to a few shops before settling with MintGroom Car Detailing.

Being an 'kaisu' car lover myself, I was very particular about the downtime needed to complete the coating and the workmanship.

As an individual who has an eye for detail where car grooming is concerned, I found comfort when Calvin had absolutely no qualms with my post-coating inspection.

I was very pleased with the overall works of his crew as not a single flaw was found.

I was highly impressed by the workmanship, professionalism and the extra mile that Calvin & Guys went to ensure that it was perfect outcome.

Basing on the positive Facebook reviews I've seen from their page, decided to give it a shot. Calvin attended to my call and promised to confirm a time slot for me.

Surveyed my car's paintwork condition, which is pretty bad (dry, water marks, hairline scratches) likely due to my visits to petrol kiosk car washes.

Fast forward to the next day when I collected the car. That's what I call Showroom Condition! Paintwork totally restored as if it has been resprayed.

For those who are doubtful about basement carpark grooming services, which are dime a dozen, I would highly recommend Mint Groom and Calvin in particular.

I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time. A few days ago, I had done an paint protection service with MintGroom and I was given a document of how to takecare of the car etc and I was also informed to keep the car dry for at least 2-3days. In any event if it rains, I was informed to pour water of the car paint and let the water beads down and use a microfibre towel that they gave me to wipe the car dry to allow the coating to be 100% Crystallized. But because I was overseas the next day and my car is parked outdoor and I was worried that it might affect the coating thus I sent an whatsapp to Calvin informing him about the raining situation & The best part was that Calvin drove down after work to get the car checked and took a video for me the whole car was rinse down and wipe with an towel ensuring the whole car was alright. And not only that - he sent me a text to come back after 1 week for a free & Vaccumm at shop to check as well. I am impressed! What a remarkable person and company. They have a customer for life! :)

I had been their customer for the past 12 months and they never failed to disappoint my expectations always. Detailed throughout and best customer service.

They are located at Millenia Walk, Just beside suntec city and marina square. Very convenient as we can drop off the car then grab a lunch and shopping and the car will be ready. Price is fairly quoted as well and what they said is right - what you pay is what you get.

The one managing the place is Calvin, very young and can talk very well. Dont be surprised by his young age but his experience/passion in this field is fabulous. I definitely respect his responsibility in his work and the desire to go the extra mile always to make a customer feel happy.

On the evening that I’m suppose to collect the car, Calvin called to request for another day to work on it. Reason being the scratches started appearing after polishing. I appreciate his honesty that instead of covering up the scratches with a heavy coating of shiny wax and handing it over, or worse just brushing me off that he has done his best and nothing can be salvaged from my terrible paint condition, he still chooses to fix the problem even if it took more effort. So I agreed to give him an extra day.

Fast forward to the next day when I collected the car. That’s what I call Showroom Condition! Paintwork totally restored as if it has been resprayed. Even my brake callipers were clean and polished, which I’m quite particular about.

Calvin told me he had to turn away customers so he could spare the resources to work on restoring my car. Under normal circumstances, I would say it’s sales talk. But knowing how my car looked before and after, that’s believable.

Calvin is straight talker who know his stuffs well. He gave me the confidence to entrust my family car for interior care and exterior. Hate the sticky feeling on the button to press to close the window. Watch Youtube and tried many different DIY solution to solve the sticky button issues but didnt work. Although the price was slightly high quoted by them (as I believed they are the only detailing shop can solve this issue), but fortunately - MintGroom had the right solution to solve those sticky button without damaging the icon on the buttons so the price was all worth it! Thank you Calvin from MintGroom with good workmanship and effort for aftersale!

After weeks of research on detailing and going around seeking for second opinion for my 27 years old Mers Dad's Car for birthday present. I finally found the detailer that’s up for the task.

Prior to that, I would bomb Calvin with tons of questions and he never once failed to reply to me with in depth information and from there i felt his dedication for his work.

Detailing is what it is because it reveals the detail of the paintwork and the only way is proper paint correction. The coating only enhances the polisher’s skills. Many of us that are new are always carried away with the number of layers we gonna get or how many hours they’re gonna work on your car.

But Calvin at MintGroom totally defied time; With his state of the Art polishing and skills/dedication he turned my car that was full of swirl marks, water marks, scratches into a mirror gloss in less than a day.

I can totally feel the passion he has in detailing and not just wanting to earn your money.

After searching for a detailer in the central area, and reading reviews and talking with people...All I can say is I agree. MintGroom Car Detailing is going to be my detail shop of choice from now on! I spoke with Calvin several times over the phone and he assured me of the results. Explained the process completely, put my mind to ease. My car and my wife's car both looked better then the day we bought them new from the dealership.
