Our company vehicle involved in a car accident recently. We are not the at fault party. We bought the vehicle for Hong Seh, so we went back to Hong Seh to help with the claim against the other party. I'd personally want to recommend Sam Tan from Hong Seh to any Ferrari owners that wants to maintain his/her car. Sam is not just knowledgeable but also gives practical and honest opinions on what needs to be done. Under the belt of Sam, my experience with Hong Seh has been nothing but an amazing one. Sent the car in for assessment and repair following accident as they are an appointed premium workshop for the insurer. Staff was understanding and has very good service, and very accomodating to my busy schedule. The car is very well treated by them, and came out looking new. As owner of a Maserati GT, I've visited a couple a of workshops for servicing/repairs; but my best experience to date has been with Mr. Sam from Hong Seh Motors. I will highly recommend visiting them for any concerns that you may have with your Maserati GT. For me, Mr. Sam and Hong Seh Motors will provide the best in terms of advice, service, price and quality of work. In summary i'd say - If you love your Maserati GT, you'd be amazed how much more they will love it for you; especially Mr. Sam. i am very grateful i found an expert consultant as Mr. Sam. They have good knowledge of the diagnosis of the vehicle to determine where is the issue and recommended the expected repair and the quote is fair enough for the repair. Sent my Ferrari 360 in for some gremlin issues that other supercar workshops just told me to change every part to solve the issue. Through technology and old school fine tooth combing, Sam and his team found the issue. Cleaned out the part and the car runs fine! I like their policy of repair before replace. Unlike those so called supercar workshops out there, who will make you throw parts and money and still not solve my problems. - Carl, Ferrari 360 Modena
