The owner, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He imparted a lot of good advice on tyre care and car maintenance to me. The product itself is not only proprietary to KYC but it is also excellent in road performance and reasonably priced. Immediately after application of the coating, I noticed that the drive of the vehicle was more stable, the ride was more quiet and of course safety wise much improved.
