My car was handled by Joseph and his team. Overall I'm happy with the work and humble service provided. I had to push my appointment at the last minute and they were flexible and accommodating. I took over a dirty and smelly used car and now I feel so much at ease driving in it. The only "complain" would be that the fragrance they used is too strong and smells artificial. If they switch to natural scents I would be even more impressed. First time here and got a free carwash and complimentary parking. Bought a package and there is no expiration date. I'm very fussy about when come to washing my car. Decided to try this detailing. Was sitting down to see the process of washing. They used different kind of cloths for each portion . Which is very details. Even for my bucket seats , they don't even sit down rather bend to wipe off my interior which I salute them. In short every parts was handled with extra care. Another great experience at Lambency Detailing (Ubi). We did their coating previously and they did extra cleaning to remove difficult stains on my car and tried their best to restore to showroom shine-as much as they could. Today we just had a car spa (worth $100) done - offered to their customers free of charge as appreciate of support. It was fast and we waited comfortably at their spacious & clean waiting area. They did a good job as promised. I went with my bff and we will be back for our coating in another 5mths time. Thank you for the service!
