Misleading and Unprofessional, in my opinion.  Posted on 09-Sep-2025
As a frequent patron, I had a very disappointing experience with Eurokars Leasing that has caused me to lose trust in their service. I originally booked a White 2025 BMW 318i, but without informing me, they swapped it for an older Black BMW. Not only was it older, but it was also not in the color I had chosen. I only discovered the change by checking my booking myself — there was no communication from them at all. When I raised this with the team, I was told "We swapped it for you because we wanted you to try out a newer car." This was misleading, as the replacement was in fact older and different from what I had selected. Only after I pointed this out did they backtrack and acknowledged it was an older vehicle. It is extremely unprofessional to assume a customer's preference and make such changes without consent. Choosing a vehicle is a deliberate and personal decision with regards to it's model, year, and color — and it should never be overridden by the company's own assumptions. This felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead me into accepting a downgrade, and it showed a lack of respect to the customer. I believe the management can and should do better. Stronger oversight and higher standards of professionalism across all levels of staff are necessary if they want to maintain long term trust with their customers.

Approach them due to the promotion stated for Mazda 3. No gimmick and happy with the rental experience

They make us feel like customers come first, and sales are secondary. Offer good rental packages with no compromise of the service quality.
