I placed an order for a pair of genuine AMG seats for S$8,500 and paid a S$6,800 deposit, with a promised lead time of 2 weeks.

After waiting 2 months, there was still no sign of the seats. Throughout the process, I received repeated excuses, including claims that his father was in the hospital, and he would disappear from WhatsApp for days or weeks without responding. I eventually had to use a different phone number and account to enquire about his products just to get a response.

We then agreed on a final deadline of 30 July, but he still failed to deliver the seats or refund my deposit in full.

To date, he has only returned S$2,000, with S$4,800 still outstanding, saying he will return it later.

Despite repeated requests, he has been unable to provide any proof that the seats were ever ordered, including invoices, order confirmations, or tracking details.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before dealing with this shop.
