I would say with the professionalism and honest recommendations provided by the team, my husband and i feel assured of how they will be repairing the damages caused. I have been to alot of workshops as a car owner and to be honest nothing beats the customer experience that i felt when i was at Team AutoPro Pte Ltd. I have been to workshops where i was unattended for about 10 to 15 mins before and was only asked when i went to look for the staff. But here its totally different, the eagerness to serve you even before i stepped down from my vehicle was what blew me away. The workshop is clean, proper and not to mention comfy! Their service staff even went through with me a 36 Safety Point Checklist and even bother to explain to me what every single point meant. Its really not something i come across and hence was blew away by it! After it all, there is still a car wash and also a vacuum service, what more can you ask for!
