Car looks is not for fussy people, but i didnt rly care about the looks as needed a 7 seater car. However, car performance was really good and i throughly enjoyed the drive. Where they shine i feel is their customer service. All my questions were replied promptly, and they are very friendly. Will definitely engage them if i need to rent in future and recommend them. First time renting a Honda Stream (SLU 2889L) from Evolution Auto Mobile to Johor Bahru. Charlson was prompt in replying all my enquires and explaining different packages there are offering on their whatsapp number. Where as Jo was kind and pleasant. Renter was very cooperative when the vehicle was at fault initially with the rear lights which cannot switched off. Even though it was late at night both Ms Joan and her boss responded to me and taught me how to handle the situation. I am blessed for taking their vehicle cause their service is superb.
