I went to 88 Auto for my bi-annual car servicing and was assisted by Ah Lun. He was very thorough and professional throughout the process. He took the initiative to check and ask if i would like to replace the spark plugs which had slipped my mind and also helped clean both my aircon filter and K&N filter. He checked the brake pads and honestly advised that they are still in good condition and do not require replacement — something I really appreciate as it shows integrity. Ah Lun also communicated clearly, giving me a range of tyre brands to choose from, and even provided a free oil filter replacement. He checked the coolant fluid as well and reminded me that since it has been 5 years, I may consider replacing it soon. Overall, 88 Auto has always been patient and professional with their service. I’ve been sending my car to them ever since my agent servicing ended, and they continue to earn my trust with their excellent workmanship and customer care. I was recommended by my colleagues who had used 88 Auto service. Two of my colleagues drives Audi A4 and had their compressor changed at fraction of the price compare to dealer. Thus, send my Suzuki car to diagnose the aircon issue and change the compressor. It was fixed within 4 hours and at a very reasonable price. Was quoted very high at the dealer. As my car engine was loud due to engine mounting wear and tear, ah Loon helped sourced original parts and charged lower price than dealer again. It was done within 2 hours as he committed. I had a great experience at the workshop at 290 Macpherson Road. Sheng and his colleague were Toyota Hiace— they listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and provided a quotation before proceeding with the work. Went down on 13/05/25 for the above servicing package. When i ask the mechanic, Heng that the package includes tyres balancing and rotation.
He replies that it excludes and i need to pay $20 for the tyres balancing and rotation. Very dishonest when they advertised clearly stated it is included.
Never ever go there for any car servicing and repair. Very disappointed.

I went there for my car lancer Air con service, mechanic lun attended, he nicely explained the problem and price quoted is very reasonable, he did the service on Sunday, he changed the cooling coil on the same day and asked to leave the car for one night for performance checking, next day morning he returned the car, totally satisfied with their work and politeness to the customer. I do not have to worry abt my car repair issue. Trust ,experience and reliability are important factors which they gave me .I can have a piece of mind in terms of their car repair pricing also .most important their staffs will even prompt you if any parts of your car is going to spoil .just like when I sent my car for tyre check ,they found a nail and patch for me .didn't bug me to replace a new tyre .same time they discover my car battery weak and show me the voltage to proof it .and fortunately I replace it to save further future problem .so do check it out yourself. Long opening hours including Sat and Sun. On site staff were professional and the price quoted was reasonable and I did not felt the need to haggle. They were genuine and honest and also willing to allow me to collect after their work hours which was much appreciated. I dented the side skirt of my car and it seemed like a very difficult task to reshape it, however I was pleasantly surprised at the work done, it was good and no complaints. The service is good, will help to check the car condition although i only do normal servicing. So at least i can prepare myself next servicing what to do. And the technician is very out-front, eg some repair can be wait for another 3-4 month but also advice me not going for long drive. Pricing also decent.
