Firstly, on the day of vehicle collection, we had already discussed the arrangements the day before. Before heading down, I messaged them to confirm the collection details, but there was no response for several hours. As a result, I ended up going to the wrong location to collect the van. Only after a long delay did they reply and provide the correct pickup information.
The vehicle itself was generally acceptable, but when it came to maintenance and wear-and-tear issues such as tyres and other concerns, their responsiveness was very poor. I constantly had to follow up and chase for updates. One particular incident involved a tyre's metal lining becomes visible, which was clearly a safety concern. Despite informing the staff, no immediate assistance was provided, and days passed without proper updates. Eventually, I had to inform them that I would get it repaired myself because it was unsafe to continue driving.
Another issue was the vehicle inspection scheduling. I was only informed on the actual day of the inspection, which was extremely last minute. I had to rearrange my personal schedule just to accommodate it.
There were several other unsatisfactory experiences that I may not be able to list in full, but overall, dealing with them was frustrating due to their inconsistent communication and lack of responsiveness. I understand that businesses may not operate 24/7, but even messages sent in the morning often went unanswered until late afternoon, requiring repeated follow-ups from my side.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to think twice before engaging their services.
