i stumbled upon RentNow Leasing a few weeks before my weekend getaway, and I must say, the entire experience was a breeze. From reserving the car to picking it up and returning it, everything was smooth sailing. Amber, the person who helped me throughout, was not only friendly but also super efficient. There was a minor snag initially with the brake pads of the first vehicle, but Amber quickly sorted it out by providing a newer Mazda3 hybrid. (SNQ2394U) Although the newer car required an additional $500 deposit, Amber kindly reduced the amount. Despite this small hiccup, my overall experience with RentNow Leasing was genuinely pleasant. Let's not forget the Mazda3 hybrid—it was in top-notch condition, adding a nice touch to my road trip. All things considered, RentNow Leasing went above and beyond my expectations with their stellar service, understanding staff, and well-kept vehicles - Alvin, Rented Mazda 3 SNQ23--U

If you're considering renting from them—don't. Save yourself the headache, time, and money.

I had an extremely frustrating experience, where I was handed three different cars in just seven days. (I rented for one month btw) The entire process was a disaster, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable rental.

The First Car: Mazda 3
Right from the start, the car was in terrible condition. The exterior was covered in scratches and dents, the interior was dirty, and the tyres were completely bald. I was told to drive to a workshop to get the tyres changed, which wasted my time, petrol, and parking fees. The workshop was also much farther than what Amber had mentioned.

To make matters worse, the reverse camera—a feature I specifically requested—wasn't working. Amber's only response was to tell me to "Check if the camera is there" By closing the boot, which was completely unhelpful. Shortly after, I noticed the air conditioning wasn't strong enough to cool the car properly, especially under the hot sun. Despite all this, the car remained in poor condition: misaligned steering, rough engine sounds, and the AC that just couldn't handle the heat. After two miserable days of driving, I was literally sweating in the car and could no longer tolerate the issues. I requested a replacement car or a refund for the remaining days, but instead, Amber suggested I pay extra to upgrade to a Mazda 3 mild hybrid, which I refused.

The Second Car: Opel Grandland
The car initially seemed better as it was newer, but problems soon appeared. The engine fault light kept coming on, and the next day, the car displayed an alarming message: "Engine fault: Stop the vehicle," And it started jerking, barely moving forward. I had to pull over, restart the car, and hope for the best. Thankfully, I wasn't on the highway, or it could have been dangerous.

I immediately contacted Amber, but received no response for the rest of the day. Even though it was a Sunday, a rental company should be responsive to emergencies like this. I called her multiple times with no answer. The next day, she finally responded, once again telling me to ignore the engine fault message and even blamed me for driving the car "Too hard." This was beyond unprofessional. She directed me to a workshop yet again—the third time now—and when I arrived, the mechanics confirmed the car had serious issues, including problems with the oil pressure, brakes, and engine. I requested a refund, but was only offered another replacement car or the option to top up for a more expensive car.

The Third Car: Another Opel
After more wasted hours, I went down and Amber gave me a third car. It had a dirty interior, misaligned steering, and strange noises during the test drive, but I tried to make it work. After driving it for one day, the engine fault light appeared once more. Knowing Amber's typical response, I decided not to even report it.

Then, while trying to leave a car park after dinner, the car wouldn't start at all. I was stranded, trying multiple times to get it going, but it was completely dead. I called and messaged Amber again, sending videos and photos to show the issue. Her response was to follow some basic instructions about where to place the key and promised to send me back the original Opel Grandland once it was "Fixed"—a car I knew had major issues. The workshop had told me the repairs would take a long time, yet Amber insisted it will be done the next day.

At this point, I had enough. I had wasted my time, my money, and my patience. Amber even had the audacity to say I was the first customer to face this many issues in her three years at the company, and she refused to issue a refund. She claimed she was being "Nice" By offering to deliver the car to my home when it's fixed, even though I was simply asking for a refund after all the trouble I'd been through. I refused any further car replacements—after three faulty cars in one week, I had no confidence in their service.

Wasted my remaining 20+ days of money as they refused to refund. Terrible!

During my visit, was served by Amber. Throughout the visit, she was friendly and helpful. She even go to the extra mile by introducing different cars that are able to meet my needs and expectations. I accepted her recommendation and rented Mazda 3 mild hybrid (SLN79--J). Have a really good experience and drive! Highly recommended! - Christy, Rented Mazda 3 SNL79--J
