Visited Vos a few weeks ago because of Facebook ads. Had the intention to shop around and compare prices and workmanship. This was the first place I went to. Second place said they were busy and had no time for me. Isaiah and his partner attended to me. I've never wrapped my car before so this was my first time. lots of stupid questions to ask. They were very patient with me. Also gave me space when I needed to browse through endless colour samples, gave their opinion about colours when i asked and shared the experience about various pros and cons. Didn't feel like they were pushy at all. Even after I left without confirming anything they were very friendly. Subsequently I confirmed that i wanted to go ahead with the wrap and made arrangements to drop off the car. Isaiah was very nice to try his best to accommodate my schedule. The work took two days for a complete wrap, second day was mostly drying and curing as I opted for the optional coating as well. Was quite happy with the workmanship overall. They advised me that when the wrap was new, there may be small defects or bubbles and not to get worried but to bring the car back. true enough over a few days I noticed some small issues here and there and there was one area at the bumper which I felt could have been done better. When i took the car back to them, they settled everything to my satisfaction. Am very happy with their service and would recommend anyone who wants to wrap their car to give them a visit. I took my Porsche cayenne in for paint correction and the results were brilliant, the car now has a great glossy shine all blemishes have been removed and it looks like new, I was also given lots of good advice on how to look after the paint and keep the car looking great. Was hesitating to whether have my alphard spray or to have it wrap, came across Vos on tiktok and read quite a number of great stuff, went down and Tony was the one who served me. And within the next 15 minute, I was convinced by him, no hard sell, no pressure, no rushing, he was extremely patience explaining every pro and cons to me, like a friend, not a saleman. I took 6 hours to finally design that exact color I wanted and tony was constantly there taking sample in and out in and out, with a smile always on his face, that is what great customer service should be about.
