This is the first time I serviced my car at First garage Pte Ltd. Had an issue with my transmission. mechanic check the issue on the spot and was able to advise in detail the issue, repair needed and cost. He communicated with great clarity what they were going to fix alongside their charges. They are very genuine.. I subsequently also had my aircon fixed. Both jobs were done well. Gordon got in touch, organized a tow truck, and kept me informed about the situation and necessary repairs. The whole process was hassle-free and straightforward, with clear pricing updates.
