Rented multiple car from this company. They were very flexible and always accommodating to my last minute request for rental cars. For long of loan, they even offered discount for travelling to Malaysia if you go in often. Out of like 8 times of rental; I had one veh that I drove for awhile that broke down. Their services they provided was adequate and immediately get me a replacement on the day. For returning and collection of veh, they are very flexible anytime of the day. There was once I forget something in the vehicle and they will keep it for you to come and collect. You can have the car delivered or collected for you at a fixed cost as well. Explains the flexibility in them. They even delivered the car to D'Arena near Tuas location even tho their office was at the east side. If you are looking to try different type of vehicle, they have. And they also provide same pricing for conti cars. I was lucky enough to try different type of cars as well. The boss and the people are friendly; Easy to struck conversation. The provide a small waiting room with aircon also incase u need to wait around. The replies from the people was also prompt. There was once I rented a Volvo and I got into a minor accident whereby I damaged the headlight washer cap. It broke and I reported it. They were pretty chilled about it and they were very nice enough waived it and didn't request any payment which I was very thankful for. Honest business man which virtue are hard to come by.

Wanted to rent an alphard over the weekend to drive up to genting. Couple weeks before collection, they told me that a renter got into an accident and car might not be ready so ask if ok to change me to an audi a6. I was fine with it so proceed. On the day of collection, i was waiting at the office and the guy drove in with an altis, telling me he just came back from genting with this altis and was very comfortable blah blah. Tell me actually a6 driving up to genting not very reliable. I asked where is the audi and he said previous renter have not returned car, i have to make do with this altis. This guy waited till i was already at the office waiting for collection before telling me the car that i want is not available. I heard from a friend that they had already rented out the a6 long term few weeks back. Seems like they just wanted to lure me to book with their company and had no intention of keeping their promise

Rented a Wish from them, However, due to some issue, it was not available on the pick up date, So they took the initiative to upgrade me to an Audi Q3 for the same price and came all the to my place the next day to replace it with the Wish that i had initially booked. 10/10 Customer Service.
