Rented a Wish from them, However, due to some issue, it was not available on the pick up date, So they took the initiative to upgrade me to an Audi Q3 for the same price and came all the to my place the next day to replace it with the Wish that i had initially booked. 10/10 Customer Service. Their Operation are extremely smooth and efficient. Their staff is very professional and friendly. Overall extremely satisfied with the company. The car was very nice, never give any problems. The condition of the car is well kept. Picking up and returning of the car was also hassle free. The nearest MRT station is about 20 min of walk. Overall experience is ok.
