I sent my Citroen C4 Picasso to K9K Fellas last week and was pleasantly surprised by their excellent service and technical expertise. Ivan, the boss, and his fellow mechanics exhibited commendable patience and professionalism when attending to my car. Even when unexpected difficulties were encountered, they maintained their cool and worked way beyond the closing time to ensure that I got the car back before the end of the day. Throughout all the time, Ivan remained calm and never lost his cool. He and his team displayed a very high level of customer service which I have yet to encounter in my many years of motoring !
