This is my second visit to K9K and just had my engine mounting replaced for my Renault Megane today, and the experience was excellent. Boss Ivan was, as always, quick to respond to all my questions, and the team was clearly knowledgeable and professional.

I wasn't sure which mounting had worn out, but the staff took the time to properly diagnose the issue and only recommended the parts that actually needed replacement, unlike some places that try to push for a full change.

Drove off with zero vibrations!! What a difference! Really appreciate the honest and great service. Thank you, Ivan!

I sent my Citroen C4 Picasso to K9K Fellas last week and was pleasantly surprised by their excellent service and technical expertise. Ivan, the boss, and his fellow mechanics exhibited commendable patience and professionalism when attending to my car. Even when unexpected difficulties were encountered, they maintained their cool and worked way beyond the closing time to ensure that I got the car back before the end of the day. Throughout all the time, Ivan remained calm and never lost his cool. He and his team displayed a very high level of customer service which I have yet to encounter in my many years of motoring ! van is not just a technical expert — he's a doctor for cars! I had a persistent issue that had been making my car noisy for years. I sent it to agent workshop, but they could figure it out or fix it. Visited K9K Fellas on 26/05/2025. Just gotten my Grand Scenic 2 days prior to that and came across them from the Sg Renault group. Afew issues were raised to the mechanic(showed him my STA evaluation report from the PPI) when I reached there and I was attended to by them quickly. Boss Ivan the Renault Master also came afterwards to help fix on the tangled driver's seatbelt. Overall experience was very positive as Ivan and the 2 mechanics were very friendly throughout, great service with great vibes. I can foresee myself coming back in future for the next 3 years

The King of Scenic doesn't need another 5-star review, but here is one anyway. Ever since I switched back to Scenic from a highly problematic German make (and the pull factor was precisely about how Ivan treated me when he was still a service advisor with the authorised distributor) - he and his team have really gone the extra mile to make sure I can finally spend less time in workshops and more on the road. The repairs themselves, one could argue that anyone could do them. Well, how about the little things done with great initiative and passion? Like finding the proper bolt for an engine part which the previous owner cable-tied into place (see pic). Or snapping in a dislodged mirror cover to reduce irritating wind noise. Or taking the time to troubleshoot a difficult knocking sound at no charge. Unlike even the agent's mechanics, Ivan didn't dismiss my concerns because it was "nothing serious". Eventually we found the offending components: the alternator pulley and accessory belt. Replaced, problem solved. Ivan may call himself "King of Scenic", but it's his attitude that makes him a king of hearts. In an industry with so many jokers, this ace comes highly recommended by me, especially if you drive a Renault, PSA, or newer Opel. - TH Tan
