I spoke with Darren. He sounds nice at the start, but it goes downhill from there. Very fast when he is collecting the deposit to reserve the car, but when you ask for receipt and agreement he doesnt reply you.
He claims that his interns are slow, but he didnt check the work himself, as he sent another customer's agreement (PDPA violation). And just a week before the key collection, he says he need to collect a second $2k security deposit, in which i declined because it wasnt told before. I understand it's industry practice but his poor service standard made me think twice.
Asked to cancel and requested for a refund deposit, he has ghosted me since. Its been 4 days already. Good luck to anyone trying to work with Majestic Autohaus. You will likely not get your deposit back

Ridiculous scammers. Rented me a car in bad condition. Returned car and they are refusing to return my deposit. Salesperson handling my case very on before i gave them the money. After i gave them the money, takes minimally 6 hours to reply. After i returned the car and have been asking the salesperson for my deposit for almost 2 weeks, he has finally decided to ghost me. No one should rent from them. Have proof and all the chat logs.
