Rented cars from 98 Leasing for a year and was serviced by Jay. Jay was very prompt and flexible whenever the car had problem. The cars I rented were COE cars and of course, I faced issues every now and then. But 98 Leasing team made sure that issues were fully resolved and will automatically prorated rental fees without asking. I had transactions with at least 5 car rental companies for the past 3 years before them. Some were ok, others like Gen Capital were downright harrowing. 98 Leasing has set a high benchmark for their speed, fairness and trustworthiness. Never regret engaging Jovi's service, he is just such a nice chap with very detailed explanation and advices in every step of the way. From me asking him on renting details, processes, securing a car and until returning the car, he has always been like a friend instead of a salesperson. I got to this company 98 Leasing Venture from carousel as i need to used a car for work wise. jovi was very responsive and able to answer my queries with patience when we chatted on the app. i even came down to his office and jovi was very transparent and seems to be very genuine and trustworthy.
