Players of the Xbox Game Studios' and Playground Games' video racing game title Forza Horizon 5 will now be able to get behind the wheel of the Cupra UrbanRebel racing concept even before the road-going version of the car launches in 2025.
The sporty little hatchback is said to be the perfect match for Forza Horizon 5, wherein players will be able to utilise the car to set a fastest lap time around the Arch of Mulege circuit in Forza EV Rivals, and put it to the test in dedicated Seasonal PR Stunts. And with a power output of 335bhp and a century sprint time of 3.2 seconds, we're sure it will deliver plenty of behind-the-screen thrills.
The in-game Cupra UrbanRebel racing concept continues to feature a distinctive purple livery and massive rear spoiler Designed, developed, and built in Barcelona, the race concept-car mixes electrification, sustainability and performance by integrating virtual aesthetics to create a design language for the future generation of electric vehicles.
In game, the concept car appears continues to sport a livery that adapts and changes as light moves across it, as well as a large spoiler with integrated lights that acts as a nod to the racecars of Forza Horizon’s virtual world.
The Cupra UrbanRebel racing concept will be distributed to everyone who plays Forza Horizon 5 during the Horizon Holidays series. It can be redeemed in the 'Gifts' tab of the Message Centre for free until 5 January 2023.
Forza Horizon 5 is set in Mexico, which is Cupra's biggest market outside of Europe and where the first Cupra City Garage was opened.
