Dacia appoints new VP for Marketing, Sales and Operations

Dacia has announced that from 1 February 2025, Frank Marotte will be appointed as the brand's VP for Marketing, Sales and Operations.

A graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, Marotte possesses over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, starting out at Peugeot in 1993, where he held a number of management positions both abroad and in France, including the appointment of Head of Product Planning at PSA Peugeot Citroen in 2008.

In 2013, Marotte joined Toyota Motor as Director of Product Planning for Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. He oversaw Toyota's product portfolio in Europe and was a member of the Toyota Motor Europe Executive Committee.

In July 2019, Marotte was appointed President and Managing Director of Toyota France, where he was responsible for the strategy and development of the Toyota and Lexus businesses.

He will join the Dacia Management Committee and will be reporting to Denis Le Vot, Dacia CEO.
