Fiat unveils the 500 Pink Limited Edition

Fiat says that the new car is "the limited edition Fiat 500 that customers have been asking for ever since the popular city car was launched in 2008" and the 500 Pink Limited Edition appeals "mainly to young women," and is a "'must-have' motoring fashion item."

The Pink Edition is based on the 500 1.2 Lounge model, and the 1242cc engine under the hood is able to propel the car from 0-100km/h in 13 seconds, on to a top speed of 159km/h. Other than the pink paintwork, the special edition also has a black interior with pink key cover, floor mats, a leather gear knob and special badges.

Other features include Fiat’s Start&Stop system that stops the engine automatically when the car comes to a complete halt, and restarts it immediately when moving off again, and a sunroof as standard. Fiat will only build 500 examples of the 500 Pink Limited Edition, ensuring exclusivity.
