Jaguar to hold two special events for XE sedan launch

Jaguar will hold two special events in London, on the evening of the 8^th of September, to mark the unveiling of the new Jaguar XE, a sedan which the British automaker believes will redefine the concept of the mid-size sports saloon. Jaguar is expected to offer levels of innovation never seen before in this segment - with its lightweight construction expertise and sophisticated chassis technology in addition to the new family of Ingenium engines - all designed, engineered and manufactured in the U.K.

Built around an all new, aluminium intensive architecture, the XE combines thrilling performance, agile handling and precise, responsive steering, with outstanding levels of refinement and fuel efficiency.

Jaguar will reveal the XE S variant at Earls Court in the U.K., with the full range to premiere at the upcoming Paris Motor Show on the 2^nd of October. The Earls Court show will be narrated by actor John Hannah and feature special performances from artists including Emeli Sande, The Kaiser Chiefs and Eliza Doolittle. This event will be streamed live from 07:15pm to 08:45pm, U.K. time (02:15am to 03:45am, the next day, local time).

Also, a 45 minute performance by Emeli Sande at a secret location will be held, where Emeli will debut her Jaguar FEEL XE song in front of 200 VIP guests. The newly written track is inspired by the public via social media. The new Jaguar XE will be revealed as part of the event and onlookers will be treated to an audio-visual spectacle during the FEEL XE track performance. This event too will be streamed live from 09:30pm to 10:15pm, U.K. time (04:30am to 05:15am, the next day, local time).
