Jeep sends off the Grand Cherokee with the S-Limited edition

The all new Grand Cherokee is set to be released later this year, and Jeep is marking the end of production of the current model with the special run-out Grand Cherokee S-Limited edition, with some cues taken from Chrysler's SRT line of accessories.

The Grand Cherokee S-Limited edition is limited to just 250 units, and all are powered by a 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel engine that produces 215bhp and 510Nm of torque. Body colours for the S-Limited include Brilliant Black, Bright Silver, Dark Carbon and Modern Blue.

On the outside, the Grand Cherokee S-Limited adds a body-colour grille with black wire mesh texture, unique 18-inch alloy wheels, HID headlamps, a rear spoiler, body-coloured sill extensions and tinted windows to the standard Grand Cherokee model.

The inside, meanwhile, features a leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob with carbon fibre style inserts, aluminium bezel finished interior items, dark slate grey leather-trimmed sport seats with suede inserts, leather dashboard binnacle, aluminium pedals and heated front and rear seats.
