Kia says that the engine outputs will range from 69bhp to 85bhp, and torque figures between 94Nm to 120Nm. While not revealing full specifications for each engine, it revealed that the Picanto 1.0 bi-fuel version will produce 82bhp and 94Nm of torque.
Other details such as pricing and equipment will be released closer to the car's launch at the Geneva Motor Show, but Kia says that the city car will feature LED daytime running lights, button-start with smart key, and six or seven airbags, depending on the model, while an engine start-stop system will be optional. The all-new Picanto is expected to go on sale shortly after its launch in March.
