Mazda3 facelift to debut at Frankfurt Motor Show

The facelifted Mazda3 was first seen at the Toronto Motor Show in Canada in February, and also made an appearance at the New York Motor Show in April. Mazda has now announced that the car will make its European debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.The revised 3 gets new more fuel-efficient engines that deliver lower CO2 emissions as part of its SKYACTIV efficiency program. There are also minor changes to the car’s exterior and interior, namely the new front bumper with the reshaped five-point grille, as well as revising the suspension settings to improve the car's handling.
Mazda adds that it will provide more details of the facelifted 3 as the date of the Frankfurt Motor Show approaches, and the car will be displayed on the Japanese carmaker’s stand alongside the recently revealed CX-5 crossover.
