Omoda and Jaecoo extend showroom hours

Imagine being able to test drive an EV before you reach the office. Or before your kids wake up on weekends. Or perhaps after you've put the little ones to bed.

That's what Vertex Automobile is hoping to capitalise on. The firm, which is the authorised distributor for the Omoda and Jaecoo brands in Singapore, has announced that it is extending its showroom hours this month.

From 6 to 31 March 2026, the Omoda-Jaecoo showrooms located in Ubi and One Commonwealth will operate from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily. In comparison, most car showrooms typically open from 10:00am to 7:00pm.

The move, according to Vertex Automobile, is to "give customers more opportunity to explore the range, speak with sales consultants, and test drive their models."

Vertex Automobile is also hoping to further increase its market share this year. As of January 2026, Omoda-Jaecoo is the third-best selling EV brand in Singapore, and the sixth best-selling brand overall.

Omoda-Jaecoo is marking the occasion with an 'Extended Hours Sale', during which buyers can enjoy special deals and discounts for a limited period.

Consumers who wish to make the most of their test drive time can opt for the appointment-only windows. These are from 8:00am to 10:00am, and 6:00pm to 10:00pm on weekdays. On weekends, the timings are from 8:00am to 10:00am, and from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
