How many of these bespoke cars have we already seen?
Rolls-Royce has unveiled a new bespoke commission, the Spectre Semaphore. This new one-of-one car is set to make its debut at The Quail, and fittingly comes inspired by what Rolls-Royce claims is the 'elegance of coastal California'.
The Rolls-Royce Spectre gets a silver and yellow graphic on its bonnet, and features Lemon Yellow and Citrine Yellow in its cabin
The special Spectre comes in a bespoke Semaphore Yellow and you've no doubt already noticed that it also comes with a striking artwork on its bonnet - a graphic that pays tribute to the Golden State. Rolls-Royce states that this artwork is the product of over 160 hours of design, development and production, and has been created by applying silver lacquer and multiple layers of clearcoat to produce a seamless finish.
The cabin of this special Rolls-Royce Spectre is also finished in bright yellow, with Bespoke Lemon Yellow and Citrine Yellow used for its seats, Starlight doors, and the surface above the instrument panel, all contrasted against Grace White and Slate Grey stitching. The car's Spirit operating system also gets dials in a yellow to match.
The Rolls-Royce Spectre Semaphore will be displayed at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, as part of Rolls-Royce's presence at Monterey Car Week 2024. Can't make the trip to California yourself? There's no need to worry - the firm has revealed an updated iteration of the Cullinan in May 2024, and we expect there's plenty of Cullinan commissions set to make their debuts in the near future.
