Now the German arm of Suzuki is back for another special edition - the X-TRA edition. Interestingly besides the name, there is nothing much 'extra' in the model.
Priced from €14,290 (S$22,925), this new variant for the much loved hatchback is based on the five-door Swift Club, and is finished in an exclusive Bison Brown Metallic paintwork.
The Swift X-TRA sits on 16-inch alloy wheels and is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol engine that is capable of a modest 94bhp, and has a fuel consumption of 5L/100km while emitting 116g/km of CO2.
This special Swift comes equipped with seven airbags, tinted windows, and a roof spoiler. One more novelty is the MP3 compatible CD radio that can be controlled via the buttons found on the steering wheel.
Suzuki in Germany introduced the Swift X-ITE - featuring a sporty body kit and some novelties in the cabin like an aluminium shift knob stainless steel and black floor mats among others, back in May 2012.
