The collaboration between Lapierre and Alpine have resulted in the sale of the unique Aircode DRS Alpine bike, featuring an exclusive finish with details from the new Alpine A110 R, such as the Matte Racing Blue color for the frame and Deep Black for the emblems.
The Aircode DRS Alpine will feature a unidirectional carbon fibre ply in the fork, downtube, and seat tube It is made from three types of unidirectional carbon fibre, and equipped with the best components currently on the market to enhance the feeling of speed and performance. The Aircode DRS model is developed and assembled in the Dijon factory.
Like the new Alpine A110 R, which displays its lightweight credentials through full carbon fibre components, the Aircode DRS Alpine features a UD (unidirectional) SL carbon fibre ply in the fork, downtube and seat tube.
Unidirectional carbon fibre helps to allow for concentrated density of fibres, providing maximum longitudinal tensile potential greater than that of any other fabric.
The bike will be available to consumers from October 24 2022 in selected Lapierre shops, with delivery scheduled for early 2023. To find out more about their bikes, head over here.
