The latest generation of the pioneer of the premium compact segment is here. The new Audi A3 range in Singapore comprises the A3 Sportback, A3 Sedan, A3 Cabriolet, S3 Sportback and S3 Sedan.
The new Audi A3 approaches the starting line with even more premium features, including full-LED lighting and the optionally available Audi Virtual Cockpit and Multimedia Interface (MMI) navigation plus with MMI touch. The exterior has been updated with newly designed taillights, backlights and bumper while under the hood, the Audi A3 series is offered with a three-cylinder 1.0-litre TFSI engine for the first time. This compact engine provides 115bhp and 200Nm of torque, which translates to efficiency at no cost to driving pleasure.
The racing-inspired electrohydraulic dual-clutch transmission made its debut in an Audi volume production model with the second generation A3. It enabled sporty driving thanks to lightning-fast gear changes with no break in propulsive power. Today the S-tronic dual-clutch transmission is firmly established and is available in nearly every model family. Available at Audi Centre Singapore, the Audi A3 series starts at $133,200 while the S3 is priced from $232,700. Prices are inclusive of COE and after CEVS.
