Toyota announces the 600 plus kilometre range bZ3

Toyota revealed the new Toyota bZ3. The new fully electric car is the result of a collaboration between Toyota, BYD Toyota EV Technology (BTET), and FAW Toyota.
Toyota claims that over 100 engineers from the design, production, engineering, and quality control departments participated in the development, working in unison with engineers from BYD and FAW Toyota.

The battery structure, cooling, control, and safety monitoring systems were all newly designed for the car, making its high quality electrification system efficient, advanced, safe, and reliable.
Toyota claims that battery degradation will be at a minimum, with 90% capacity left even after 10 years Toyota has also leveraged its electrification expertise to reduce battery degradation, with the development goal of ensuring 90% capacity even after 10 years.
The Toyota bZ3 will utilise the e-TNGA vehicle platform to achieve a more pleasant driving experience, including more responsive performance from the low centre of gravity. The driving position is configured to minimise muscle strain, reduce fatigue over long distances, and create an enjoyable driving experience.
'Family Lounge' is the Toyota bZ3's development concept, based on the idea that cars provide a space to enjoy time with family and friends, rather than merely being a means of transportation. The interior features the Digital Island system that integrates a large vertical center display with a tray type console.

Air conditioning, music, trunk release, and other controls are also integrated into the large display, with voice control improving in-car convenience.
