Just less than a month after the ID.7 was revealed, Volkswagen has now released the first teaser images of a new ID.7 GTX.
Just like the ID.4 GTX and ID.5 GTX before it, this ID.7 GTX is expected to deliver more performance than the regular ID.7's 282bhp. The car is also set to get a vehicle dynamics manager just as in the previous GTX models, which will be responsible for intelligent control of the dual-motor all-wheel drive system as well as the braking, steering and chassis control systems, depending on the selected driving profile.
The car has additionally been confirmed to sport a black roof, alongside darkened windows and a host of other black gloss exterior elements. The cabin will also feature red contrast stitching on the seats, dash panel and doors.
The Volkswagen ID.7 GTX is set to make its international debut at IAA Mobility in Munich come September 2023.
