FAVOURITE WORKSHOP - Every time a fault code pops up on my 911's dashboard, it's nerve-wracking. And honestly, as a female driver, most workshops I've visited make me feel like easy prey — like they assume I don't know anything.
I found MSP when my Check Engine light came on, and the experience was completely different. Calvin was not only knowledgeable, but he explained everything in layman's terms so I actually understood what was going on. That alone put me at ease immediately.
What really won my confidence was the transparency. Every part that was replaced, they documented with photos and videos — and when I collected my car, all the old parts were packed in a box for me to see. The Fork Selector, Distance Sensor, Oil Cooler — everything accounted for. That's when it hit me: other workshops never showed me anything at all!! I had been shortchanged for years without knowing !! OMG
I'll definitely be back. This is now my trustworthy, honest workshop.
Keep up the good work guys! I'm booking my oil change soon.

Do it with New Age Polish - I would strongly recommend everyone who wants to do PPF, do it with New Age Polish. 1. Workmanship People say the brand of the PPF matters. But after much research on PPF application I found that the workmanship is just as important, if not, the most important. The workers would remove trims, door handles, wing mirrors to gain access to the nooks and crannies just so the end state you won’t be able to see where the PPF ends. 2. Cost Cost was an important factor. I wanted something affordable yet durable and less problems down the road. But usually these two factors determining costs doesn’t go hand in hand. I would say the cost reflected on the quality of the workmanship, and it proves to be, after seeing the way my car was worked on. I would say based on what I did for the car, it was pricier than some shops I’ve asked around for the same amount of works. TLDR; you pay what you get. 3. Customer Experience This point may or may not be important to owners. I wanted to find a PPF installer whom have had experience working on my car model. Not only did he have, they have pictures of the cars, and the quality of it. Also during the process, the constant updating of the progress really keeps me at ease. On an area for improvement, I feel the quality of vinyl wrap wasn’t the best. I did a few dechroming parts with gloss black vinyl, but on parts like the handles, I was able to see crease marks, not something I see on my previous cars dechroming works. I would like to emphasise that this is vinyl and not PPF. - Gerald Lim, Owner of Kia Carnival
