Damaged Alternator

My car developed a fault on Friday evening and after contacting Brocade Auto, I had an appointment the next morning which is a Saturday.

The fault was traced to a faulty alternator and was replaced on the same day, I collected my car in the evening. The supervisor was kind to wait for me.

I must give credit to Brocade Auto's technician who diagnosed the problem and proceed with the urgent repair for me despite it is a Saturday.

Very experienced team and happy to have my alternator fixed by them.

Kudo to the team.........

I had a persistent air-conditioning issue that multiple workshops couldn't figure out. Thankfully, I brought my car to Brocade Auto, and they diagnosed and solved the problem efficiently. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced.

I truly appreciate their honesty and the detailed explanation they provided. Highly recommended to anyone facing car issues—especially if others can't seem to fix it!

I have brought my car into their workshop for both regular servicing and repair for dents on the rear of my car. Their customer service is very good with prompt response to calls and text messages. Their skills are also excellent. They fixed the dents on the rear of my car perfectly, I now cannot even tell where the dents were. My number plate was repaired beautifully as well.
