Had a good experience at Vin’s motor car repair shop. My car was hit and I had to go to a workshop that is under my insurance’s list. I picked Vin’s at random and the staff were helpful. Elaine helped me file my claim and all was done very efficiently. She help me arrange for a car to drive while my car was being repaired. The car they provided was very good, smooth to drive and new. Elaine helped me with changing my season parking online as well and answered all my questions. She also never failed to give me a pass so I don’t have to pay for parking at the workshop. The team at Vin's were very professional and turned a bad experience of having to repair my car into a very positive experience. Not only were they able to process the the vehicle and the claim efficiently but they were also able to sort me out with an alternative car and I was on my way after less than an hour. Thank you Christina, Raymond & All the workshop mechanic for the great customer experience. Very seamless, customer oriented, honest, knowledgeable & Efficient. Overall experience was excellent!! (replacement car always in good condition!!) - Very consistent & Beyond my expectations :)

Went to this shop for accident damage repair. Upon collection, found my car polished perfectly. Didn't expect they would go for an extra mile. Kudos!!!

I am glad that I decided to come to Vin's after my car accident. Raymond, one of their service consultant, took time to explain to me the insurance claim process, the repair works that need to be done and basically set my mind at ease by reassuring that my car will be in good hands. I appreciate that very much as after an accident, the last thing you want to do is to be in a helpless position not knowing what to do next with regards to the repair of the car. Person in charge Raymond was friendly, helpful and resourceful. I approached 3 workshops to make a clear cut motor accident claim. However, the process they gave was either time consuming or with certain uncertainties. When I approached Raymond for the first time , with all relevant details, he was able to suggest what Vin's can provide. Car sent in next day and was repaired I the stipulated time. "They totally debunk all the nasty stories that you hear about car repair shops who take advantage of ignorant customers. I had called Vin's Motor to ascertain their experience and knowledge, and Raymond is a gem. He gave me a very clear explanation of their experience with Audi cars and what ""clinched the deal"" was when he mentioned there is a 1 year warranty for the repair. He also took pictures of my car dents and kinks, and proactively informed me that they will fix them as well. WOW! When I went to pick up my car, unfortunately he was on leave, but he promptly followed-up with me on my satisfaction on the repairs upon his return. Simply outstanding service! I got into an accident 2 weeks ago and Vin's car workshop was on the approved list for my car insurance company. We checked the reviews and it was generally positive, hence we asked the tow truck to send it there.

The following morning Raymond called me up and arranged everything. He briefed me on the insurance procedure and handholded me through the entire process. It was seamless and very professionally done. I decided to do my regular servicing there too plus other touch up work for my 10 year old C200.

Overall very impressed with the follow up from Raymond and he even offered me a replacement car FOC as the additional work required more days.

I am seriously considering doing my servicing there now as they will also provide a 1 year review after my accident repairs too. Highly recommended. Pricing wise, it was also very reasonable compared to other workshops for similiar work done.

Won a contest ran by SGCarmart, servicing vouchers at Vin's before Covid19. Fast forward, phase 2 and managed to book a servicing slot online. The person (I did not managed to get his name) attended to me was very friendly and helpful, conveying all the queries and messages I had. Servicing was done at another unit, was told not allow to view and to wait at their main unit, which had a negative point. Servicing was done quite fast and comparable to other WS. They only carry one type of engine oil. Overall left on a positive note.

I would like to extend my feedback on the professionalism shown by Raymond and his boss Vincent. Before the repair works, Raymond called and requested that I meet up with him at the workshop so that he could explain to me in person what repairs will be carried out. Given that mine was a bulk repair, he highlighted clearly what will be replaced brand new and what will be sought in the used market. With my concurrence, he then proceeded with the repair. Throughout the process, Raymond was kind enough to update me accordingly and the repair works were completed ahead of schedule.

I have since driven my car for a week and all is good thus far. To be honest, I was apprehensive at the onset about performing the repair works outside of Authorized Dealer. But the positive experience at Vin's has changed that.
