Do ask in details before engaging this vendor - I did my car roof replacement with this workshop. Quotation given is competitive.
Do ask other workshop for quotations and details so that the experience can be better. Got a quotation for the car roof lining and came for the work. Tried to ask if there is any hidden costs but the reply came in nothing. But when I reached the workshop, the staff informed that the sun visors are chargeable and need to top up which is not included in the car roof lining replacement. Explained to the in charge that the sun visors charges should be informed beforehand which is part of the car roof and that customers may not be aware of. She kept trying to argue that it's a common practice across the industry but to a consumer he or she may not be aware. Sharing here so that new customers can ask before they come down to do the car roof lining replacement works. Have also feedback to the in charge to share about the possible costs or hidden costs and not claiming the customer didn't ask about the sun visors.
