Calvin went above and beyond to make me feel good about the maintenance choices and services I needed for my Macan and boy did he deliver.
He packaged my needs into a very competitive all inclusive price. Outstanding customer service, very competitive pricing, obviously a fraction of the price it would cost at the Porsche dealership. Calvin make a point to explain clearly & Simply so that I could understand. First time having a Porsche and with Calvin's guidance, I'm more confident.

BAD - Wanted to rent an alphard over the weekend to drive up to genting. Couple weeks before collection, they told me that a renter got into an accident and car might not be ready so ask if ok to change me to an audi a6. I was fine with it so proceed. On the day of collection, i was waiting at the office and the guy drove in with an altis, telling me he just came back from genting with this altis and was very comfortable blah blah. Tell me actually a6 driving up to genting not very reliable. I asked where is the audi and he said previous renter have not returned car, i have to make do with this altis. This guy waited till i was already at the office waiting for collection before telling me the car that i want is not available. I heard from a friend that they had already rented out the a6 long term few weeks back. Seems like they just wanted to lure me to book with their company and had no intention of keeping their promise

Exellent service by Mr Tan resolve my power window issue! - My power window broke down on a Sunday morning when I noticed that the rear window did not wind up properly when I locked the car.
I tried the manual override myself, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue and the window actually slid down further. I suspected it could be a regulator issue rather than the motor. Bering security in mind, I decided to look for a solution online and came across Mr. Tan's service. I gave him a quick call and explained the issue.
He was very helpful and arranged a specific location and time for me to meet up. He reiterated, " Don't worry 100% Can fix the problem."
Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the whole repair was completed in about an hour. It definitely saved me a lot of hassle and money. My regualr workshop had quoted me around $600+ to replace faulty parts, whereas what Mr. Tan charged was only a fraction of that. Really impressive.
Excellent workmanship, professional service, and great value for money. Definitely deserves recognition for his good work. Highly recommended to anyone who encounters a power window failure!

Absolutely top-notch! - Gabriel’s reputation as SG’s top PPF installer precedes him. We finally saw what the fuss is about and we were totally floored! We drove straight to him after we collected our new car. From the time he took over our car and spotted a minute imperfection in our solar film in less than perfect lighting conditions during his eagle-eyed inspection, regular photo updates during the ppf process in between, to delivery 2 days ahead of schedule clocking some serious overtime and rendering additional services over and beyond the work scope at that, the final pdt was characteristically divine and the client management absolutely top-notch!! Would we recommend Gabriel and his team? No. Unless you are a perfectionist, want your expectations to be exceeded in every way and want nothing less for your car; just like what Gabriel only wants for yours!
